Aladdin is a 1992 American animated adventure film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Aladdin was the 31st animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series, and was part of the Disney film era known as the Disney Renaissance. The film was directed by John Musker and Ron Clements, and is based on the Arab folktale of Aladdin and the magic lamp from One Thousand and One Nights. The voice cast features Scott Weinger, Jonathan Freeman, Robin Williams, Linda Larkin, Frank Welker, Gilbert Gottfried, and Douglas Seale. Lyricist Howard Ashman first pitched the idea, and the screenplay had to go through three drafts before Disney president Jeffrey Katzenberg greenlighted the production. The animators based their designs on the work of caricaturist Al Hirschfeld, and computers were used for both colouring and creating some animated elements. The musical score was written by Alan Menken and features six songs with lyrics written by both Ashman and Tim Rice, who took over after the former's death. Aladdin was released on November 25, 1992 to positive reviews, despite some criticism from Arabs who considered the film racist, and was the most successful film of 1992, earning over $217 million in revenue in the United States, and over $504 million worldwide. The film also won many awards, most of them for its soundtrack. Aladdin's success led to many material inspired by the film such as two direct-to-video sequels, The Return of Jafar and Aladdin and the King of Thieves, an animated television series, toys, video games, spin-offs, and merchandise. Q. When the 1992 disney animated feature film ALADDIN was being filmed, there were some special effects. The Cave of Wonders had a pretty deafening loud booming voice that can be heard miles away. "Who disturbes my slumber?", the Cave thunders. The Cave of Wonders was made to look like the head of a big ferocious wildcat. I'm not sure how to answer your question about how the special effects were like when animating the Cave of Wonders in Disney's Aladdin; but there were very advanced techilogical effects for the movie and its time. Q. I feel sooo good, i feel like everything in the world is just perfect right now... I've never felt this romantic before ..ever!... it all started when i saw the 1992 animated film Aladdin again a couple of days ago, then colbie caillat's songs and now there's even rains! <3 ..I really wish i had someone to share all this with! It's like...i want a girlfriend or more like a princess! I want a relationship with fun, laughs and cute dates! and i'm completely starting to hate people who want just sex in a relationship and nothing more! Has anyone ever felt like this before? if so, then tell what you did? did you find someone? Asked by Bharath C - Tue Oct 27 16:47:01 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. Oh yes! The world is full of people who have the complete opposite few of love as they should. Sex is great, but only with the right person and right relationship. Personally, I think sex before marriage isn't the smartest idea. Not just because of religious beliefs, but because the people doing it usually aren't ready for it, even if they think they are. The best thing for you to do is focus on school or work or whatever you do. You seem like a great person, and I'm sure the right person will sneak up on you when you least expect it. That's the best feeling ever! And yes, I found my amazing husband:o) Answered by beckybabes13 - Tue Oct 27 16:53:20 2009 From Yahoo Answer Search: "Aladdin (1992 film)" Some friskier Arabian Nights - Baltimore Sun
