Quote of the day
Only a crisis — actual or perceived — produces real change. When that crisis occurs, the actions that are taken depend on the ideas that are lying around. That, I believe, is our basic function: to develop alternatives to existing policies, to keep them alive and available until the politically impossible becomes politically inevitable.

~ Milton Friedman ~

There is a page for each month where previous "Quotes of the Day" for each date are listed, and where registered users can make suggestions or rank suggestions for upcoming dates. The Quotes of the Year page and other archives contain more extensive listings of quotes that have already been used. See also the QOTD by month and email options.

How do you make iframes open a link in the main page instead of in the iframe?
Q. I want my sidebar to be an iframe so I can update the sidebar only once instead of having to edit every single page, but I can't figure out how to make it so the iframe opens the link in the main page ( where the blog is ) & not still inside the sidebar. Does anyone know how to do that? :\

A. In your link tag, use the command target="_top" which will open it and render it full page or depending on your blog frame, target="(blog frame name)" where (blog frame name) is the name of your blog section: target="blog"
