Walt Disney Picture movie Miracle.?
Q. In the movie, the coach wants his team to have a good personal relationship with each other, What did he do to make his team member tear down their individualism?

A. After a game during which they didn't do very good, he makes them run skating drills over and over and over. He asks them throughout the movie before this point, "What team do you play for?" They had always answered the name of their college team. However, after he drills them to the point of exhaustion, one of the players speaks up and says that he plays for USA. He then lets them go home for the night. he keeps hitting this point. "When you pull on that jersey, the name on the front is a hell of alot more important than the one on the back." they play for the usa. he builds up their sense of nationalism til its more important than their sense of self. (saw the movie a while back, but that's basically how the scene went.)
